Personal Information

We collect your personal information for the purpose of making appointments and the counselling services we provide
We keep this data securely for up to 7 years after final contact and then it is destroyed
This information is only ever shared with your permission, for example, in the case of referral to an alternative practitioner, medical professional or medical insurance company
The only exception to this would be if there was a legal or ethical requirement to do so
This will be expanded on in the initial contracting process with your chosen therapist

Although we cannot guarantee the security of data and personal information carried over the internet, on receiving your personal data we are committed to protecting it
